| Something positive happened today.... |
...not really, I was just joking to get you all hyped up. Well, I can't really say "nothing" positive happened today, I did wake up today so that's very positive. I was in the mood for some Ozomatli and Janis Joplin. I was feeling a little funky today. Ozo makes me happy and dance in the car. I guess that's not a good thing but at least I stay in the same lane. It's funny passing people on the freeway while I'm singing along with my CD's! I get strange looks sometimes, but most of the time I get people that smile and shake their head in rhythm with me...that's always pretty cool (mostly guys because I think that chicks think I'm strange). I don't care if people see me singing, sometimes I roll the window down and sing really loud. It cracks me up when people stop and glance over with this strange look on their face. Maybe they're trying to tell me my rendition of whatever song I'm singing sucks.
Oh crap, maybe I can't sing! Maybe they're trying to tell me something. You mean all these years of singing in the shower and the car have been for nothing? Fuck, I do suck...no wonder I didn't make it to the next round of American Idol!
Oh well, I guess I'll keep my day job for now. |
